Come and learn about why the national breast and cervical screening programmes can be life saving, common misconceptions about the screening programmes, what to expect at your appointment & much more. There will be a presentation and opportunity to ask questions.

Speaker Bio:

Dr Miriam Khan is a NHS GP working in Bristol. She received her medical degree from the University of Liverpool and holds a post graduate qualification in medical education from the University of Manchester. She has also completed the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology diploma and has a specialist interest in women’s health.

Weekly hour of Eman

“let’s sit and strengthen our belief in Allah together” , this was the attitude of our Prophet’s ﷺ companions when they met each other. They encourage each other to gather and sit to remind one another of Allah (SWT) and renew their Eman.


Following the path of the companions , we’re so excited to announce a series of free – weekly lessons for Arabic speaking sisters every Tuesday from 12:00pm-2:00pm at Greenbank Masjid.

The lessons will cover different Islamic topics in Seerah, Aqedah, Ahadeeth and tafsir.
It will be our pleasure to welcome all sisters in the lessons soon.

كان السلف يتواصون فيما بينهم، ويتناصحون بزيادة الإيمان، فيقول بعضهم لبعض: “هيا بنا نؤمن ساعة”، “تعالوا فلنذكر الله ونزدد إيمانا” ، “تعالوا نذكره بطاعته لعله يذكرنا بمغفرته”.

واتباعاً لنهج السلف الصالح، وسيراً على خطاهم ، يسعدنا دعوتكم لحضور الدرس الأسبوعي للسيدات ” تعالوا بنا نؤمن ساعة “، لنقضي بعض الوقت في ذكر الله تعالى، وتجديد الإيمان من خلال مجموعة من الدروس المتنوعة والمهمة والشيقة.
ننتظركم بكل شوق بمسجد جرين بنك، كل ثلاثاء من الساعة ١١ صباحاً وحتى الساعة ١ ظهراً.
الدعوة عامة لجميع الأخوات الناطقات باللغة العربية والدخول مجاني.

Eid Fitr 2024

EID SALAH TIMINGS

Greenbank Masjid is pleased to announce Eid ul Fitr will be on Wednesday 10 April 2024.

There will be 2 Eid jamaats tomorrow:

⏰“Early Eid” 7.15am

  • Urdu talk (starts at 6.45am) with Mufti Wadee Sahib
  • ⁠Brothers and Sisters

👨‍👩‍👧“Family Eid” 9.15am

  • English talk (starts at 8.45am) with Moulana Hamzah
  • ⁠Brothers and Sisters.
  • ⁠Bring the whole family and create a family Eid for yourself and others who may not have a Muslim family to celebrate Eid with.

Note: Fajr jamaat will be at 5.45am tomorrow insha’allah.
