Visits & Schools

We are always pleased to host visits to our beautiful masjid (mosque). The duration and topics can be tailored to meet the needs of the visiting group.

  • Tours will usually take place Monday to Thursday.
  • Tours are free for schools and colleges but donations are welcome to help us continue delivering services to the community.
  • All parts of the tour are accessible — please do let us know if any of the attendees have any specific accessibility needs.
  • Please complete the visit form below to book a slot.

Guidelines for all visitors

All visitors are asked to kindly observe the following:

  • Footwear must be removed before entering prayer halls — there are shoe racks outside.
  • No food or drinks are allowed in the prayer halls.
  • Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere in our buildings or the courtyard.
  • Videos and photography for personal use may be taken but must avoid capturing worshippers. For non-personal use, prior permission must be sought from the management committee by [email protected].

Please note that we may discontinue any visit if there is disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour and may ask visitors to leave the building.

Modest Dress

Please abide by our dress code:

  • All adult visitors and children above the age of 12 are requested to observe modest dress. Most aspects of a standard school uniform are appropriate as long as arms and legs are covered.
  • Avoid see-through, tight-fitting, and low-cut clothing. Sleeves should reach below the elbows.
  • Shorts are not allowed.
  • Skirts and dresses should reach below the knee.
  • Female visitors may cover their heads to show respect to other worshippers or to enrich their own experience.
  • Young children under the age of 12 may dress as they do in school unless they wish to adopt any part of Muslim attire for the day.

Contributions and Donations

Visits to the mosque are free of charge. However, as a registered charity, donations towards our services are always welcome and appreciated.
